Praline Bella and Co respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law.

Data collected

Via our application forms (adoption, foster, contact): first name, last name, email, phone, city, département, household information and your message. No sensitive data in the GDPR sense (health, opinions, etc.) is requested.

Purposes

• Handle your adoption or foster application.
• Get back to you in response to your message.
• Send our newsletter, only if you have consented.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (newsletter) or on the execution of pre-contractual measures at your request (applications).

Retention

Applications are kept for 3 years from your last interaction with the association. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Recipients

Your data is accessible to authorised association members and our technical subprocessors: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (site hosting), Resend (email delivery). No data is sold or shared with commercial third parties.

Transfers outside the EU

Some subprocessors (Vercel, Supabase, Resend) are based in the United States. Transfers are framed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to adoptions@pralinebellaandco.re. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data authority).

Cookies

This site does not use marketing tracking cookies. The only cookies set are strictly necessary for operation (admin session, language preference) and do not require your consent under GDPR.
